The Hands that Feed: Benefit Exhibit

Tintero Art and Design Studio called on BMPI to aid with its fund raising project through an exhibit of some of the new and contemporary works of Filipino painters, multimedia artists, photographers and illustrators.

The three-day artwork exhibit, which was held at Pan Pacific Hotel and Resorts in Malate, Manila last March 12-14, 2007, aimed to raise funds for the feeding program in Payatas and Baseco compound. Among the project supporters were BMPI President and CEO Daniel Razon who donated his personal photography art works, while others who were inspired followed suit. UNTV 37 covered the event.

Among the sponsors of the project were the Executives of UNTV 37,Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts, Nautilus Comics, Rozzy Ann Art Gallery, MRA Water Refilling Station, Aquabest, Fixies, Philippine Cut Flower, Island rose.net, Sta. The event showcased the works of contemporary artists headed by Daniel Razon, Dominic Meily, James Almario, Andres Barrioquinto, Ivan Roxas, Jon Jaylo, Larry Espinosa, Julio Austria, Lawrence Borsoto, Cathy Lasam, Dondi Fernandez, Jaime Pacena II, Sam Penaso, Lynyrd Deform Industry, Dante Lerma, Jethro Jocson, Jason Montinola, Jerome Jocson, Jojo Ballo, Howard Jao, Roberto Duldulao, Raymond Go, Christopher Guillercan, Rene Cuvos, Buen Calubayan, Badong Llegos, JR Malig, Marion See, Jeps  Belen, Kirby Roxas, Janet Polancos, Oliver Ramos, Michelle Lim, Elmer Roslin, Vincent Balandra, Marcial Pontillas, Lindslee, Renato Barja, Jill Posadas, Mark Davide See, Marlon Magbanua, Caloy Gernale, Mark Magistrado, Mark Matabillas, Manny Sinquenco, Martin Sacramento, Margarette Rodriguez, and Jojie Custodio.

On the third day of the exhibit, artists CJ Tañedo, Andres Barrioquinto and Ivan Roxas shared their talents in a basic art lesson with a live string orchestra providing a cozy ambience.
